Digi Blowfish uses the fastest Blowfish Encryption algorithm to encrypt text and files. The bit encryption length varies depending on your key. A 16 character key = 128 bit encryption, a 56 character key = 448 bit encryption. Blowfish has been around a long time, and while no encryption is completely unbreakable, Blowfish is amongst the top for speed and reliability.

The software is not being tested for security, but instead compatiblity and small bugs. None of the software written by Digitalus Multimedia Co. released to the public is dangerous enough to trash your PC.

The worst that would happen is that you forget your encryption key and are unable to decrypt your data, so test it on backed up or unimportant files.
